our kitchen system is designed with your needs in mind.  the focus studio offers a kitchenette for food and beverage service, as well as a space for your on-site caterer.  also, please keep in mind that delizia cafe and catering is now open next door to the focus studio!  enjoy delicious panini or a glass of wine while taking in the view of the ocean on the boardwalk patio, or request a fresh and made-to-order delivery.

outside the studio, a quaint patio garden with teak furniture and beautiful foliage invite you to kick off your shoes, have an espresso and take in the ocean air.  have lunch served on the patio, or reserve an ocean-view table at delizia catering & cafe - our new corner cafe.
